Handmade, Custom-Made Pieces

All of our products are custom-made and tailored to your specifications. As such, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please review the measurements and dimensions provided on our website carefully before placing your order.

Right to Cancel 

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the item. However, please note that this does not apply to made-to-order or custom-made items, which are exempt from the standard right to cancel.

Quality Assurance and Warranty

Every piece undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our high-quality standards before shipping.

If your item has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 30 days of receipt.

Once the warranty claim is validated, we will repair the defect at no additional cost within 40-50 days of receipt.

Any requested changes or modifications to the original design may incur an additional cost.

Faulty or Not as Described Items

If your item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for its purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. In the event of an approved claim, we will cover the return shipping costs and resolve the issue promptly.
