Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Ushu Studio. When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email, which indicates that we have received your order. This is not an acceptance of your order but an acknowledgment that it has been received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, for reasons including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or fraudulent activity.
Product Availability and Pricing
We strive to ensure that the information on the website, including product availability and pricing, is accurate. However, due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur.
Prices are subject to change without notice. If the price of a product you have ordered changes before your order is processed, we will notify you of the price adjustment and give you the opportunity to accept or cancel the order.
Payment
Payment must be made at the time of order. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and other methods as indicated on the Website.If your payment is declined or if there are any issues with payment processing, we reserve the right to cancel or delay your order.
Tax
Import taxes, duties and additional local fees are NOT included in the price shown and are the sole responsibility of the customer to pay. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office or local shipping company for further information before placing your Order.
Promotional Codes
All prices, discounts, and promotions displayed on the Website are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed and will be clearly outlined in your order confirmation email.
Promotional codes, when applicable, must be entered at the time of checkout to be valid. Discounts or offers cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
Processing Guidelines
All orders are processed pending availability and payment verification. Most items ordered are processed within 2 working days.

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 3pm will begin processing on the same day.

Orders placed after 3pm will begin processing the following business day.

Orders placed on a Friday after 3pm and through the weekend will begin processing on the following business day.
Cancellation Policy
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days of receiving your products from us.
Please note that not all goods are eligible for cancellation under these regulations. According to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (ICACRs), made-to-order or custom-made items are exempt from the standard right to cancel. Please refer to Part 3 (s.28) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for further details.
If you wish to cancel an order for applicable products, and those products have already been delivered, you must return them to us in their original or reasonable condition, including any packaging, manuals, accessories, or free items that were provided at the time of purchase. If your cancellation request meets the conditions outlined above, we will issue a full refund, including the cost of delivery (unless you selected a delivery method other than our standard, least expensive option). The refund will be processed using the same method you used for the original payment.

Please note, if any products are returned with a loss in value due to unnecessary handling, we may make a deduction from your reimbursement. Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days after we receive the returned products.
Shipping and Delivery
As our products are made to order, we aim to dispatch all orders within the specified lead time, typically 40-50 days for pre-order items.
We will deliver your products using a courier of our choice ("Standard Courier"). Delivery details, including the estimated delivery time and the carrier, will be confirmed at the time of your order. Our Standard Courier services are available in most areas, but if they are unavailable in your location, we will use an alternative carrier, which may result in longer delivery times.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors outside of our control, such as postal or courier delays. You will be notified once your order has shipped, and tracking details will be provided where possible.
Neither Ushu Studio nor our chosen courier will be held responsible for any delays or failure to deliver products within the estimated time frame. As such, you will not be entitled to compensation for products delivered outside of the estimated delivery time due to delays.
Please note: All non UK Customers: Shipping charges do not include customs taxes or duties; these are your (the customer’s) full responsibility.
International Shipping
When placing an order from Ushu Studio, you are considered the "importer of record" for the destination country. You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase complies with all applicable laws and regulations of the country to which the products are being shipped. Ushu Studio will not be held liable for any breach of these laws, any incurred costs, or any delays caused by products being held at customs.
For international returns, please clearly mark the returned items as "British Returned Products - No commercial value" on all relevant paperwork provided by your chosen carrier. Failure to include this description may result in customs duty charges, and any such charges will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Please note: All non UK Customers: Shipping charges do not include customs taxes or duties; these are your (the customer’s) full responsibility.
Returns and Exchanges
As our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. We will assess the issue and arrange for a return, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.

Warranty
We offer a warranty on manufacturing defects for a period of 20 days from the date of delivery. If a product is found to be defective within this period, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Custom Orders and Modifications
Custom orders or design modifications may incur additional costs. If you request a change or custom design, we will provide an estimate and require your approval before proceeding.

Risk of Loss
The risk of loss or damage to products passes to you once the product has been delivered to the address you provided at checkout.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances, to the extent permitted by law, shall Ushu Studio or its affiliates, directors, shareholders, employees, representatives, agents, or suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, costs, damages, expenses, and losses such as loss of profits, disclosure of confidential information, legal fees, penalties, or any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the services. These damages may arise from warranty, contract, tort, or other legal grounds, and may relate to or be connected with your use of the website, services, or products.
You agree to indemnify Ushu Studio and its affiliates from any claims brought against you in relation to your use of our services, whether known or unknown.

You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way other than as permitted for use of the Services in compliance with this Agreement.
No portion of the Services may be reproduced in any form or by any means, except as expressly permitted in these Terms. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service in any manner, and you shall not exploit the Service in any unauthorized way, including, but not limited to, trespassing or overloading network capacity.
All copyrights in and to the Services (including the compilation of content, postings, links to other Internet resources, and descriptions of those resources) and related software are owned by Ushu Studio and/or its licensors, who reserve all their rights in law and equity.
The use of the software or any part of the Service, except for the permitted use under this Agreement, is strictly prohibited and infringes on the intellectual property rights of Ushu Studio and/or its licensors, potentially exposing you to civil and criminal penalties, including monetary damages for copyright infringement.
The Ushu Studio logo and other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with the Service are trademarks or registered trademarks of Ushu Studio. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with the Service may be the trademarks of their respective owners. You are granted no right or license with respect to any of the aforementioned trademarks, and you may not use them without explicit permission.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute related to the use of the Website, the Services, or any Products purchased through Ushu Studio, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
